Submission Process
All manuscripts should be submitted through the online submission system (Open Journal Systems / OJS) of the respective journal. Each journal's website provides access to the submission portal, author guidelines, and downloadable manuscript templates.
General Requirements
- Manuscripts must be original work not previously published or currently under review elsewhere.
- All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.
- Manuscripts should be formatted according to the target journal's template.
- References must follow the citation style specified by the respective journal.
- Manuscripts should be written in clear, grammatically correct English.
- All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the research.
Peer Review Timeline
After an initial editorial screening (including plagiarism check via Turnitin), manuscripts are assigned to an Editor who conducts a preliminary review within 5 working days. Manuscripts accepted for full review are evaluated by at least two external reviewers over 2–4 weeks. Authors receive a decision letter with detailed reviewer feedback.
Possible decisions include: accept, revise and resubmit, major revision, or reject.
Publication Timeline
We aim for rapid publication, with an average turnaround of approximately 6 weeks from submission to online publication. Accepted papers are published online ahead of print within the current open issue.
Article Processing Charges
There are NO publication fees (APCs) to publish with any NexTerra Academia journal. All costs of publication, peer review, and archiving are covered by the organization.
Copyright & Licensing
Authors retain full copyright of their published work. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Ethical Compliance
Authors are required to comply with all applicable ethical guidelines. Research involving human subjects must include evidence of informed consent. Research involving animals must include ethical approval details. Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission.
